Pathways FAQ Section

Do I have to take Pathways in order?
No. You can choose which class you’d like to take—except for Leadership Path, which is by invitation only.
That said, if you’re new to Full Turn Church, we highly recommend starting with Foundations Path, as it focuses on our vision, beliefs, and culture.
How long is each class?
Each class is about the length of a Sunday service—approximately 1 hour.
How often are the classes offered?
Pathways classes are offered monthly:
  • Foundations Path: First Sunday of the month
  • Discovery Path: Second Sunday of the month
  • Connectors Path: Third Sunday of the month
  • Leadership Path: Fourth Sunday of the month (by invitation)
What if I'm new to Full Turn Church?
If you’re new to Full Turn Church, we recommend starting with Foundations Path. It will give you a clear understanding of our vision, beliefs, and culture and help you feel at home.
Do I have attend Pathways before I can become a Connector?
No. We never want to hold you back from serving—serving is part of how God grows us. You’re welcome to begin serving on a team when you’re ready.
However, we strongly encourage you to take Connectors Path to gain a deeper understanding of our team culture, values, and expectations.
